The place looks very typical. Big variety of tapas and other dishes. Prices are ok and food was nothing of special. The jamon serrano was tasteless and the mix of cheeses wasn't that good. The rest was good and also the wine was ok. The staff is friendly but overall I wouldn't go again.
The suckling pig and roast lamb were delicious. This restaurant serves great value for money meals.

Tucked in a little street away from the museums, we found this deceptively small restaurant bar. We had a very pleasant dining experience! We were greeted with little enthusiasm and I was quick to dismiss this as poor service. However, once seated, the staff showed great initiative and excellent service. We were provided with English menus and the waiter even provided extra plates when he noticed we were sharing food. We started with the vegetable stew which was all flavours of wonderful and the grilled pig ears, served in generous and rich proportions. The rest of the dishes were fair and all in all, it is definitely worth dropping by for a meal if you are in Madrid!
