Went to see Dr Gupta for ear trouble The scheduling of my appointment was done very efficiently.I called his office on 8-31-2020 ans was given an appointment for 9-1-2020 at 9.00 am.was seen by the Dr in less than 5 minutes and he took care of my problems in 10 minutes.He explained me the whole procedure and was very efficient.I would definitely return to his office whenever Ineed an ENT specialist The staff was very courteous and efficient at the same time.hats off to all of them.Will definitely recommend it to anybody family friends.Thanks to Dr Gupta

I used Dr. Gupta because he was on my insurance, but after our visit, I called my insurance and requested that he be removed as a preferred provider. This practice engages in PREDATORY BILLING practices. As part of the office visit, Gupta needed to look into my daughter's nose... To me this seemed to be a standard thing that an ENT would have to do. Gupta did not mention that this would be an additional cost, and I did not have to sign anything to allow him to look into her nose. The whole thing took three seconds at the most because it was literally a flashlight that looked at her nose. Gupta billed my insurance for a SURGERY! I disputed the claim and received a nasty gram from his office demanding payment. Patients beware! Do not use this practice unless there are literally no other options for you... Just some advice from someone who got burned.

Dr. Gupta was very pleasant and patient. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions. His staff was nice and helpful. I'm happy that hewws recommended to me by a colleague. several of my co-workers see him too and we all love him!
