We have received an excellent Service from Mike and his team at Harold P Heywood. Mike put me at ease right from the start and I felt comfortable to take my time talking about what we wanted for my mums funeral arrangements. He listened attentively to get a feel for how we wanted things to be and then was able to suggest the appropriate person to deliver our mums service. Nothing was too much trouble and Mike got back to me promptly when I left a message. The whole process was very professionally and respectfully handled. Harold P Heywood was recommended by a friend and I was very happy with the service we received and I would certainly recommend them myself. Thanks Mike.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Losing a loved one is definitely not an easy time but Michael helped us every step of the way and dealt with everything with such professionalism. His very personal service provided us with such comfort during the most difficult of times. Even with all the current covid restrictions in place everything was just perfect. I can highly recommend these amazing people. We have lost both parents within the last few years and mum was so thankful for the way they dealt with dads funeral that she was adamant Michael was to do hers when that time came . They are so professional and at the same time make you feel like your loved one is in safe, respectful, caring hands. Absolutely nothing was too much to ask and Michael is an absolute credit to business. The florist they use is also fantastic, she uses the most stunning roses and flowers. It’s such an unknown and heartbreaking situation when you have to deal with a funeral , but these guys make it as comforting as they possibly can , to know your loved one is in such respectful hands definitely helps.

We as a family cannot thank Michael and his team enough. My Great Nan used them over 20 years ago for my Great Grandad’s funeral and would always speak highly of them, she insisted that no one else would help us with her funeral when the time came. From the second we contacted them until after the funeral, they were there for us every step of the way. On our first meeting Michael told us he would treat ‘Our Mary’ like his own Nan and it couldn’t have felt any more like that. The most respectful and caring team and at such an emotional time, we were so grateful for all of the help and support. Anything we needed was never too much for Michael and he truly made us feel like we were top of his priority list. He made us feel so comfortable during all of the arrangements and supported us with every difficult decision we had to make. I highly recommend Harold p heywood funeral services to anyone who is looking for the very best service with dignity and respect for their loved one , words won't let me express just how pleased my family felt with the attention to detail , their patience, understanding ,the dignity and respect they gave my mum , Michael walked in front after a wonderful salute to her and lowered his head to the coffin ,the high level of respect made my father so proud ,they treated his wife of 63 years like the queen she was , I will never be able to thank this family run firm enough ,a very special thankyou to Michael.
