It’s great to be a part of such a fantastic club. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I set foot through the door. I had no previous boxing experience but if you go along with a good attitude to learn something new then you’ll really enjoying yourself and get into top shape while doing so. All of the trainers put in a great deal of their own time and effort to ensure everyone gets the most out of each session. I’ve also met a lot of new friends too. Couldn’t recommend going along to a beginners session enough!

A great place to keep fit, learn a new skill and meet some new people. I've been going to this gym for over 18 months now and can't recommend it enough. The classes are designed to suit anyone, from novices to the more experienced, and you are guaranteed a great workout. The coaches and regulars are really friendly, and I always go away from a session feeling that I have learned something new. Plus, at 3.50 for a session, it's an absolute bargain!

Great club! The dedicated and passionate coaches are great - they are approachable and patient and yet have the ability to really push you to your limits whilst training. The place has a great atmosphere with no idiots or egos.
