Had my windows fitted September 2020, they arrived early every day and were polite and hard working. I had flush sash windows with a single horizontal bar for a cottage feel. Quality of product was high. I had a composite door on the front and a UPVC on the back but James was able to match the design I wanted so both looked like cottage panelled doors. The antique black handles matched perfectly with my internal door ironmongery. The window fitters were very patient with me as I wanted to check the fitting of all window bars and they were happy to oblige. There was an issue with my kitchen window lintel being not level and as I was having a kitchen fitted at same time the fitters made sure the window sill inside was level with the new kitchen worktop. Obviously this made the outside out but the fitters scribed and made trims for the outside to look perfect as my cottage is nearly 200 yrs old so none of it is level. I feel like I have a new house and the windows just make the cottage look fantastic. As I’m on a main road there’s a lot of traffic noise but the Argon gas filled glass really does make a difference. Jamie is very flexible with regards to type of window openings and size etc depending on usage so I have dual openers, bottom openers and side ones. The upstairs have easy clean latches so I can clean my own windows upstairs. You certainly get what you pay for and I’d highly recommend JR Windows.

Fitted a composite door and bricked up original. Could not fault the workmanship. Cleaned and tidied up as they went along. Highly recommend, will definitely use them again.
Brilliant firm.From initial meeting and survey this firm is excellent to deal with.Top quality workmanship from start to finish and the fitters went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied,I am a hard man to please and can honestly say I never had any reason to complain about any aspect of the work that was done.I will just say,if you want to use them make sure you contact them months before you want your work done because their work is much in demand and you will be on a waiting list,but as they say if you want a job done we'll ask a busy man!
