Hi MGD recently fitted a Sectional Electric White Fascia Double Garage Door. The 2 Fitters were very amenable and progressed, helped by regular mugs of tea. Once completed i was Fully Instructed on Use etc. Previously Kevin, at the showroom, was excellent in providing me with all the answers to my queries. He actually also did the on-site visit to measure up etc.-- all good. Also previously Rachel acknowledged my interest within the hour on a Saturday evening? Alison arranged the mutually agreed installation date. All i can honestly say is from Start to Installation everything has gone swimmingly. The true outcome, as usual, is what reaction/service in the event of any faults etc. - hopefully none. STUART

A nice showroom to look around and discuss options. Quick to provide a quote when requested. Rachel and John were very friendly and gave you as much attention as you needed. Not pushy sales people at all. New electrically operated Hormann garage door fitted 4 months ago. The installation team were great, polite and professional. Did an excellent job and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. The door looks great and operates perfectly - would definitely recommend this company.
We recently moved into a bungalow with a double garage, the lock was seized up & the springs where so tight it was hard to open it, we spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was very helpful & arranged for someone to call to assess the issues we were having, when they came they were also very helpful & advised what could be done. We was then sent a quote to fix the issues & if we wanted to change the up & over door to electric. They returned to fix & change to elec, very reasonable price to have this all done. And kept to the time & date given, very pleasant experience all the way through from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company doing the work & having it altered.
Where do i start! Decided to get a garage door so went to Mansfield Garage Doors Showroom where we were met by Graham Kirk. He immediately made us feel at ease showing us the various types of garage doors available. After a small discussion about what I wanted and the space I had we went ahead with the next steps. From there i made the appointment for Graham to come out and measure up and to see how the door would be fitted.He turned up on time as promised and again was helpful with his suggestions. He went away and said he would email a quote over, we received the quote a few days later (it was over the new year period). Once we confirmed the order on 6th Jan and paid a deposit, I was told the door would be ready to be fitted in anything upto 8 weeks. Then to my surprise I received a call on the 25th Jan saying they had my door ready and asked me if i wanted it fitting on the 27th Jan, of course I said yes, again the fitters were prompt and on time. The fitting of the door was straight forward for the 2 fitters, they were absolutely marvellous, nothing was to much trouble and it is a first class job. They gave me a 5 minute demonstration on how the door works , the quality, how to maintain it. It was an all round 1st class job from first class people. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Mansfield Garage Doors again
