Teresa is AMAZING! She is so worth the drive from the Bay Area, and I have been going to her for around 15 years. Every hair appointment is amazing. Teresa is a true artist with hair and what she is able to create. She has created so many unique, colorful styles for me. She understands how certain colors will enhance color tones. She puts all her attention and energy into each appointment. I look forward to each visit! If you want a fun and unique hair color, make an appointment with Teresa!

I had such an amazing experience here. I feel strong, accomplished, and my muscles feel better than ever. Teresa makes you feel like family and I used to be self conscious working out and I’m not at all shy around her! She knows what she’s doing and she was very easy to contact and work on a schedule that fit my needs. Will definitely be coming here regularly!
Went to Teresa last year for Color to cover up a bad at home dye and the color lasted very long. When the color was fading it also faded into a very natural color so it was barely noticeable. Last month went back to finally get a fun color done and get a trim. We went with several shades of blue all blended through the hair. The color is amazing and she is very knowledgeable about how to care for color treated hair. She gives you realistic expectations on how your hair will react to colors and what the up keep is. The environment is also very comfortable. 10/10 !!!
I've tried several times to make Appt. Or walk in service, each time the door was locked and when you call no one responds to answering machine messages. So I will not continue to make attempts nor worry to go here for any service.
Discovered this gem in the downtown area of #mantecaca and had the pleasure of taking a pole fitness class with Teresa ! She is amazing & super sweet I felt so comfortable and confident in my skin..I loved the class it was a full body workout even though you wouldn’t think it would be! I have been going ever since and really recommend everyone going and trying this amazing class!!!
Teresa is a "Hair Goddess" !! I had used her for years when she worked in Fremont. She always had a fresh creative way to color and style my hair everytime, I was never disappointed. The only disappointment I had was when she made the move to Manteca. I went for several months using a local stylist. My cuts and color were okay but found myself very unhappy with my last one. My daughters wedding was coming up and I had to look my best. The only way for that to happen would be to make the drive from Fremont to Manteca. Best decision I ever made !! As we caught up with each other, she was critically checking out my hair. My cut was uneven, the color had given my hair a green tinge and my natural curls were falling flat. Teresa expertly fixed them all !. My cut is perfect, color awesome and my curls are curling again ! I will continue to make the drive every 6-8 weeks to have Teresa make me look and feel my best !
I'm so happy to have found somewhere and someone who could change my mind about exercise! Before I started coming here, I had regularly had such bad muscle aches and back pain that I didn't think I could do much outside of what was my mild everyday life, but I have been coming to the Paradox Parlour for fitness 2 times a week for about 3 months now and I have never felt better. I regularly have to pull 16 hour days on my feet between work and school, and no longer do I experience the pain that I did even when my lifestyle was much milder. I look forward to my work out sessions, something that even 6 months ago I never thought I would be able to say. Not only has this made positive changes to my physical self but it has also been somewhere I always feel welcome and secure. This smaller private studio really is perfect for getting away from it all and focusing on yourself for a little while. Teresa offers not only fitness but Mindset sessions as well, to offer strength from within yourself to keep up with the strength we are building in our bodies here. She really wants to help you be the best you that you can be at every opportunity. Manteca is lucky to have a visionary like Teresa!
