After ordering an inner tube for my mobility scooter, but when it arrived it wasn’t the correct one. I emailed the company with photos and they replied instantly and said they would send out the correct one, which they did and arrived two days later. There was no charge for this and said I could keep the first one. I can only praise their customer service and would fully recommend them for any problems with any mobility scooter
