I've been trying to reach them for a month to clear up an authorization issue on a time sensitive situation. No one calls me back. When I do talk to someone, they don't know what's going on. They canceled an appointment without telling me.

I repeatedly told the receptionist that I cannot take a very important doctors call at work. But I was scheduled he would call me at 3pm so I explained this to my supervisor so I can take the call. So what happens? I get the call, but at 2 (TWO) pm whereas I could not answer it. Incompetents in it’s true form

Too many times have I had to wait 30 mins or more just for a receptionist to answer the phone so I can get a simple answer about whatever I’ve called for. Not to mention miscommunication that leads to no callbacks or notes taken when I left a message for my primary care provide. Lastly, a primary care provider missing scheduled appointments is incomprehensible.

They don't answer the phone, so good luck trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. ALWAYS seen late. Ive been the first patient of the morning before and they were still somehow unning behind\. This facility needs more staff.
