I guarantee you all these high ratings are from personnel that were ordered to do so. Read the reviews. All the low reviews have actual statements that support them. all the good reviews are just good reviews maybe two or three words... Like Tabitha States below, the entrance to this place is full of miserable people that want to act in a manner to share their misery. If you are driving a rig, refused any deliveries to or from this place I advise you strongly. They are rude, uncoordinated, slow, and threatening. I was literally refused entry because the one checking me in was eavesdropping on my telephone call to dispatch requesting not to be sent to another naval facility..

I didn't see any ships.
Unfortunately, this is the closest RAPID location to my house. I had to come here for a military ID. Upon pulling up to the base I was greeted by the most overweight, miserable human being on the planet. Unbelievable. I have been to bases before and NEVER been treated this way when entering. Don’t go to this base if you can avoid it!!!
Very rude at the check in. Fat guy in the office highly unprofessional. Cheap paying freight on top of dealing with these plebs. Slow unloading and check in. Double thumbs down.

Not sure why I am writing this review, since this is a limited access facility, but I will give 5 star rating anyway to support our military.
