If you want a body positive, knowledgeable yoga instructor, whom will work with you individually to your level - go see Austin at Boss up. When I miss my weekly yoga sessions, my body is actually ANGRY with me, and my back locks back up. She has helped my twisted spine and rotated hips settle down, and my general constant pain level is becoming less and less. She starts at an easy level and works you up from there. If you want a body positive, intense work out....still go see Austin at Boss Up. I took PoYo on Sunday night - It’s Tuesday and I still can’t move my arms. I LOVE IT. She will work to your bodies individual needs, comfort levels and strengths, with a constant flow of helpful tips along the way.

LOVED PoYo class! The space itself is beautiful, inviting, open and relaxed. The instructor was very attentive and encouraging, meeting me at my level and guiding me from there to take it up a step further. Very empowering, relaxing, strength-building and fun all at once!
