I drove cross country in a older model Lexus that I recently purchased. I wanted to get a check up and address some concerns I noticed on the drive. It was my first time taking a vehicle into a dealership service department for work, and I was slightly apprehensive about getting the old ‘bait and switch’. Well, the opposite happened. I met and worked with Johnny in the service department. He was incredibly helpful and kind. He explained exactly what the recommended services were and gave me options for what I should do to my truck. He did not try to oversell me, but made everything very clear and concise. It was the first time I ever felt empowered when doing anything with a car. My truck runs better than when I brought it in and I have a lot of confidence in the work that was done. It’s too bad I don’t live in Memphis because I would always bring my truck in to see Johnny and the folks who fixed her up! Go to Lexus of Memphis and ask for Johnny! You won’t regret it.

It's a classy place. Take your wallet. If you can't afford a Lexus, don't drive one. The LS500 was 100,000. Nicest waiting room lounge at a car dealership I've ever seen. Free snacks, coffee, tea, water.
Damian took good care of me with setting me up with a loaner that my wife and I were looking to purchase. We loved it and ended up buying the car! Damian has exceptional customer service.
