This past Friday my wife and I purchased a used 2017 Buick Encore from Schepel Buick-GMC with the help of Daniel Q. This is my ninth vehicle purchase experience over the course of the past 26 years, and my first from Schepel. This was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. And while my previous experiences with various dealerships have been satisfactory and provided me with vehicles I have been happy with, working with Daniel at Schepel stands out as \the way it ought to be.\ Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and truly helpful from beginning to end. Daniel was exceedingly accommodating, and I always felt like he was listening to me and trying to make sure I was happy as we moved through the process. I never felt pressured to consider something that wasn't to my liking, and Daniel was quick to pivot with me as I honed in on what I wanted. Delivery day was a breeze, and I was genuinely floored at the care Daniel took in going over my new vehicle with me. This was the first time in over a quarter of a century that a salesman made sure I was familiar with ALL of my vehicle's functions and features before I left the lot. Daniel was patient and thorough in explaining even the most technical details, and as a result I genuinely feel like I know how to operate everything and make full use of all of the cool things my Encore is capable of. I cannot say enough about the service and sales departments of Schepel Buick. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this dealership since 2013 and never once have I been disappointed. On Monday my wife and I were driving home on Rt 30 and were about a mile from the dealership when the low tire pressure light went on.We pulled into the dealership and without question ,without an appointment they took care of the situation while we waited. I have always been treated in a friendly ,courteous and a highly knowledgeable way! I will always highly recommend this dealership to everyone, no matter what type of car you own.
