The woman I dealt with was patient and efficient. She worked very hard and getting my AZ driver's license and vehicle license was accomplished after some problems I had. In fact looking around the place all workers looked efficient and knowledgeable. I do feel that the employees need to have a loudspeaker system to announce they are available. Many times the clerks had to go and get next person in line as they couldn't be heard.

What a great experience. I was helped by a woman named Diane at the front desk. Diane pointed me to the new electronic kiosk where I could renew my registration. The process was incredibly fast and friendly. This is not what I am used to!!! Generally my experiences w DMV is stressful and full of wasted time. This was the opposite. Thanks for such a good experience.
