Place seriously is the best!! Moved here from out of state and needed a gym to feel like home and the entire staff here makes me feel like that. Incredibly welcoming and clean!! The staff members are amazing and I wish I had more names but Ashley and Lilia are phenomenal at their jobs!!! They always remember me and enthusiastically welcome me every single night I walk into the gym by cheering for me BY NAME!!!! Super motivational and makes me feel like a person and not a number!! Some nights if they miss me come in, they will come find me during my workout to make sure they’ve greeted me!! Absolutely love it!! Great work to all the staff

Had my mask on, but lowered for less than a minute and a passing by employee asked me raise my mask.. i apologized and put my mask up not thinking anything of it. (And I’m not upset they asked me to raise my mask- the next part is what upset me) Days after I get a call from the gym manager asking me if I’d like to explain “the altercation that happened” and that he’s “willing to hear my side of the story” I couldn’t even think of what he would have been referring to... after minutes of me saying I don’t know what your taking about he told me I had my mask down and an employee asked me to raise it. I said ok... why are you calling me? He then read me the agreement I have to follow to be in the gym and said he hopes to never have to call me again. I know my mask should have been up, I’m ok with them holding me accountable to that. The hostile call just rubbed me the wrong way... especially since this was my first mask issue.

Honestly I will say I was very pleased with how clean they keep this gym. My first thought when I walked in as well was how nice their locker rooms are. Locker rooms seems more spacious than the LA Fitness one and it's nicely lit with large mirrors and the rows of lockers seems more spaced apart. I did find it weird though that the locker room showers are like bathroom stalls. Nice huge shower heads though! :) The swimming pool was a bit chilly but seemed pretty clean compared to LA Fitness. Another nice thing is the spa is open- yay! Saw some flecks of dirt in it the first time I was there but the second day it seemed reasonably clean. Jets are not that strong at this spa but it is what it is. :D People that I've spoken to here have been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. :D

The lighting is so dim and I like the vibe it gives me while working out, the overall layout is familiar but also unique to the other EoS Layouts
