At another dealership I got a bit of the runaround game. My experience at Earnhardt with Joshua Lambert and staff was excellent. They quickly answered questions, gave great insights on features I hadn't researched. I asked them to get me out before \sunset\ on a late afternoon and they smashed that goal!
Over several years we have continued to use this dealership because of the customer service. I had a “ go to” person I always dealt with and he is no longer there. HOWEVER, the new person, Wes Sherwin who took care of me was amazing. Nice to know even if our favorites leave we can still feel comfortable and confident with any staff member there at Earnhardt Buick GMC.
Andrew was amazing and very friendly! My wife and I came down from WA to pick up the car and drive it back. They filled up the tank and had everything ready to go. I met with Mario in Finance Dept. got everything signed and drove off the lot. I will be sure to send client to Andrew in the future.
