Dr Burrell and Dr Shane are amazing. All of the nurses and front office staff are great! They are all always so kind and understanding. They help to get you into the office right away when needed. They treat you in such a kind, empathetic and professional manner. I will never go anywhere else. I have been going here for years and am even swapping my children over to be seen here from now on. I couldn't ask for more from my doctors office. It is not all the time that you find an office full of people that really care! I would recommend this doctors office for all of your families needs. Like I said, I'll be leaving our pediatrician who we have had for 16 years to start bringing my children here.

I am a retired Navy veteran of 26 years. After transitioning from the Navy, I work for a large corporation and would consider myself well insured with CIGNA as a primary insurance and Tri Care as a secondary insurance. I haven't seen a doctor in years and was looking to start seeing one, and live within a mile of this practice. I was shocked when I was refused to be a patient because I am a veteran and have Tri Care as a secondary insurance. If I could give zero stars to this anti-veteran establishment I would.

Greenfield Family Medicine provides for the utmost excellent customer service and medical care. All referrals and medical assistance are provided in a very timely manner with the utmost respect. I personally see Morgan Watkins, who provides a thorough and personal medical practice. I have seen Dr. Burrell in the past and he also provides thorough and personalized care with the utmost respect. I cannot say enough positive comments about the office staff and medical assistants who always have a positive attitude and warm welcome. Overall, Greenfield Family Medicine provides high quality medical care with a loving and warm personal touch. And, I cannot say enough good things about Greenfield Family Medicine and Morgan Watkins, NP., and staff.
