When it comes to home improvements I’m extremely critical. Working in the residential renovation business for a larger organization has taught me the value in producing a quality product and the importance of a reliably functional result. Triple B provided me with a quote at my home months back and gave me a detailed breakdown of what they would do via email. Then the pandemic began and my family dealt with an impact to our income delaying our plans for purchasing a new gate. About 8 weeks ago I reached out to Triple B with my invoice in hand to schedule another/updated appraisal. I was told they would reach back out to schedule and after a week no return call was received. This happened once more and I admittedly was a bit frustrated but wanted to give their team the benefit of the doubt. Upon my third and final call back I was put immediately in contact with Rusty and we set up the time to review and schedule the gate to be built. This was the extent of any frustrations I had experienced and my only feedback for their team would be for a smoother customer facing experience for a re-entry type of sale. I have truly zero critiques on the quality of the gate that was installed today. Their product is absolutely top notch. The welds are clean, the board spacing is perfectly even, the action on the latches and hinges is smooth as silk. On top of that they installed the gate in under an hour and were a week early to their communicated lead time. I appreciate their craftsmanship and could not be any happier with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Janek Burton came to my home to make repairs to my garage door after calling this am! He came out and checked over everything and if the parts were under warranty. They provided me with a very accurate quote on how much it would be to make repair. The price was great, especially with how much work he did (i am a plumber and i know my rates). He completed the work even with all of my tools filling my garage, cleaned up after himself and began checking all of the other components of my door. This company always goes the extra mile and they always have quality technicians. I will always use Triple B for everything i need and Janek is a great technician! Thank you Triple B!

My friend Larry referred me to this company when my teeanager drove my car through the garage door. They did the estimate and had it fixed before the week was out.
