Like anything...a class of any type is a function of the instructor and I believe Gold Coast has one of the best...but he only teaches the 7 day Sales Associates Pre-licensing course. If this is what you are interested in and can take the time for a 7 day class, this is THE school and THE instructor you will want to have in your corner. Teaches from practical experience, not powerpoints and provides countless real world examples making the class both entertaining and educational. You will not go wrong!!!

I took the Florida 215 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity class and found that the class was very helpful, and if you pass their practice test the State Board is easier. Great job Gold Coast
very good, clean, well set up school. They have alot resources so if you fail its totally on you. The teacher Mr.Suarez was amazing. The only thing that really irritated me even if it only happened once is while in the cafeteria area I was speaking to another student, we couldn't really understand eachother through the masks so we pulled it down. We where yelled at by a worker as if she was a principal in middle school to \put the masks back up!\. I completely understand they need to be strict because they can be fined or shut down, I own a restaurant so I get it. I made a mistake in the mist of conversation. With that being said I am a fully grown women not a 12 year old in math class being given detention, after paying 500 I expect a little bit of mutual respect. A simple \hey guys we gotta leave our masks on\ as a reminder would have been fine. The women I was speaking with was in her forties & she was completly taken back & equally as angered after being spoken to that way. I have never in my adult years been so embarrassed & everyone in the room was looking at eachother confused. Walking back to class after the break multiple people joked around saying \what's wrong with that one\ so I know I'm not the only person that thought it was rude. BUT that was the individuals fault the school itself is great.
One of the best best professors is Carlos Suarez. I passed both my class exam and state exam on the first try. You will not regret doing the real estate class here.
I've used this school previously before for insurance and now for my MLO. Positive experience every single time. Great instructors!
