Always affable and doing what is best for the customer. Always providing immediate resolution to any issue that arise. From the moment I pulled into the service driveway I felt that the service here is different because there are two employees there to welcome you while they communicate with you very politely and also I got to meet with Mr Elvis my service advisor he wanted to know if I am leaving my car I told him no that I will wait for it he offered me to have a Uber take me home and pick me up when my car would be ready so I would not have to sit there and wait, while I was home Mr Elvis kept me updated on everything that they found with the car and the cost for repairs I have the option to approved yes or no for the job. And the part I also love is that you can keep track of the car following all the steps from the time the car checked in, in service, finishing and ready for pickup. Mr Elvis when you get to there with the same enthusiasm make sure you’re satisfied by personally giving you car all clean and ready. I will say thank you to the all staff at South Motors Infinity. I felt great with the kind of service provided and I will not think twice when it will time for me to come back for a visit.

I will keep coming back to infinity, not only because I just LOVE my QX60 but the level of service is incomparable. Mr Elvis Hernandez is my service advisor, he is always on point, he lets me know quickly whats wrong with my car and around how long the car will be in service, and if repair will take longer than expected, he will have a loner car ready for me. This quality of service and the way Elvis makes me feel at ease, I will be a forever return customer of Infinity!!!
