I'm responding to the 1* message from Samantha Thomas below. Ellen is my wife and is very upset by the level of lies in this email. First of all Sam bought a sale dress, which was a sample and had a few dusty marks mainly around the bottom of the dress. It also had a few sequins hanging off as it had been in the shop quite a while, hence it being less than half price to buy. Ellen explained to Sam that the cleaning would be done and that our seamstress would sort out all the loose sequins. When Sam collected the dress there had been a mix up with satin dresses and Ellen told her to return it immediately and apologised for this. she also explained to Sam as she did in store that the minor repairs to the dress would be done when she took to our seamstress as it needed the length doing too. Sam explains below that my wife did not respond until trading standards got involved, which is a complete lie. I've enclosed emails of the immediate response my wife gave to her first email. So as you can see she is using lies to give this review. My wife in the end offered her free cleaning and free alterations, but there was no pleasing Sam. From Sams side trading standards were never involved. My wife contacted trading standards the whole way through this dispute to check what she was doing was correct, which it was. My wife goes above and beyond for her customers and does not deserve this lying review.

Brilliant customer service, from Ellen and her team. All members off staff have fabulous product knowledge and a very welcoming atmosphere. My whole experience from start too finish so pleasant, too point I purchased my dress. I look forward too my big day Will be back in soon with my bridesmaids. Stay safe Xx

I took my daughter to Destiny Bridal for her prom dress. Ellen and Gabs were so helpful, they explained everything from sales dresses to ex-display dresses. I would recommend this friendly, family run business to all of my friends and relatives and I would definately be going back for my younger daughters dress when it's her School prom. Thanks for making it special girls. Xx
Extremely friendly, professional service provided by Ellen and her team. Ellen is very knowledgable regarding her trade and offered us lots of constructive advice and support, helping my daughter choose the perfect dress. Thanks to Team Destiny the whole experience was great and made this day as special as this day should be .
