I have bought four cars from Eric Carter and will keep going back. After sales service is 100%, for a family firm this is brilliant. My current car is a Ford C-Max, and was low mileage some small stone chip marks on it but these were taken care of instantly. The V5 form was ready to be signed and the car was taxed, this should take about a month but not worried by the wait has I have checked and it is showing on my check my car app. Will always return to Eric Carter for my cars and recommend him every time. Polite courteous at all times

Great cars , price's and service. Follow up six weeks after getting car some nice person put a dint in passenger door , only went back to Eric,s to ask for advise , told me to bring car back two days later , repair was carried out in no time , only charge me cost price.
