Had my car fully serviced December 2020. Had diesel smell in car on each journey after 20 mins, and could smell diesel outside car a couple of times. The car has covered less than 100 miles since service. Called them and they said to bring it down today (Sat 13/02/2021) and they would check fuel filter fitment (that they replaced). Arrived to drop off keys and snotty desk clerk told me it wasn't booked in, they didn't do 'diagnostics' on Saturdays, and might not even get around to looking at it. The 'chuff-chuff valve comment didn't go un-noticed either you fool. I didn't leave it with them. Trading Standards can deal with them.

Mot man doesn't have a clue when testing classic cars.. Failed with a load of advisories. He was trying to apply mot rules to a 38yr old car as if it was a new car.. took it else where to another mot station south bank.. who does understand classic cars My corvette passed with flying colours no advisories whatsoever.
Took my car in for service and two new tyres. The lads were really helpful and welcoming. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I took my car into this garage for a problem with the Diesel Exhaust Filer and a MOT. I can honestly say I received the best customer service I have ever had. Rick went out of his way to assist with a problem he couldn't fix and ensured my car was MOT promptly once I had resolved the issue with a specialist.
