PLEASE READ AS OF JANUARY 2019! Since Nittany village has been bought by Penn state the office has become unorganized less accommodating and unpleasant experience mostly. Current RA is nice. Concrete floors and ceilings get cold and they take your room heaters. Mattress take up most of room. Definitely a place you can make the best out of no doubt. I had a great relationship with the previous office manager and it’s a shame that she moved to Nittany place because she loves her students and I know she misses taking care of them. I really like the Nittany Place rooms just off campus and I know they have a really helpful office. Helped me a lot during freshman year, her name is Pat Was an okay place until it was bought by penn state. Now there are rude Office workers that aren’t very accommodating at all, not good experiences with them since the change. Definitely a place you can make the best out of no doubt.

Great place to live off campus, the apartments are nice and they're pretty cheap as well. The internet is decently fast, I'm going to be on my second year living here. Also, the landlord is one of the nicest people you'll meet!

As of December 14th, 2018, Nittany Village was bought by Penn State, so Nittany Village is considered on campus. I have lived at NV in the same room for the past 3 years. The landlord, Pat, is one of the nicest landlords you will meet. It is sad to see Penn State buying NV, but I hope things will work out. Some Pros: - You can leave your stuff in your rooms over the winter and spring breaks at no cost - Landlord is incredibly nice - Easy accessible drive to campus - Parking is no issue - You can leave your stuff over summer break at a cost of 100 (but if you are staying in the same apartment next semester, there is no cost) Some cons: - Cleaning services used to be really good here, but now if they see if your apartment doesn't look good enough to be cleaned, they won't bother to clean it or will just adequately just clean it. - Landry rooms tend to get full often (as there are only 3 washer and 3 dryers). I recommend you do your laundry in the morning or late at night - The walls at NV are pretty thin, so noise would be my biggest complaint, as some nights there are parties going on and it is hard to sleep. - Some people that live next to your apartment will smoke in there apartments and the smell comes through the air vents. I recommend leaving the bathroom fan on as it will stop the smell from coming in your apartment. Overall I really love this place and I highly recommend anyone to live here :D

Did not rent here but after reading the reviews and seeing what this place has to offer, I should have chosen to stay here than to stay at the apartments next to it haha. Pictures of the place look great! Definitely didn’t expect the inside to look as nice as it does.

The apartment was good however, they take all of your security deposit at the end of the school year. They give you all these charges and if you try to contact their corporate office (which is only by email) they do not reply.
