Super disappointed. Emirates claims to be a lot of great things. Malpensas airport staff needs a vacation, less work hours, more breaks or some sort of incentive. I arrived to early to check in for my flight. I received an email that to manage my booking I would need to speak with an agent. I turned around and headed to the airport 16 hours early. The lady at the ticket counter first argued that I would even have reservations with Emirates. I showed her the reservation and she immediately said I couldn't check in I'd have to come back the following day. No problem. I was tired of traveling but I asked her if I just needed to come back to the same place the following day. She immediately started repeating herself and not happily. I said that I understood, I just wanted to make sure I was in the right place. She sharply told me that yes same place and turned and started talking to the woman next to her. My Italian is non existant but it seemed like she was pretty confident talking about me like I wasn't there. So, I figured she had a bad day and made my way to the front where I asked the next Emirates employee in her pretty red hat if there was a lounge she replied yes but I couldn't get in it was past security. I thanked her and asked about the email on upgrades and she said quickly that they couldn't look at it till the next day. So I asked if there was a public lounge. She huffed and said I'd have to ask someone else. I'm not saying dont fly Emirates, I'm not saying it's a bad company. I really wanted to upgrade and become a member but I'll settle for getting my flight over with and getting home. Unless its unavoidable I wont likely fly Emirates again. I really appreciated their dedication to customer service and comfort. We all have bad days. I'm a paying customer not a beggar, they were easy questions.

We flew on Emirates from New Delhi to Dubai and then from Dubai to Dublin on 31st July 2019. Flight no was EK 163. My husband and I were flying business class and we are very frequent travellers. This incident took place on the Dubai Dublin stretch. It’s very unfortunate that we had the most arrogant and unfriendly cabin crew. In particular there was a flight steward by the name of John who really misbehaved with my husband and was nasty and rude. We complained to his superior who was most apologetic but this person totally ruined our time on that flight. We will now be flying back from Zurich to Dubai/ New Delhi on 27th August 2019 and hope we don’t encounter similar situation. Emirates do take note of this!!!
