We ordered a front door with Custom Glaze in August this year, and put down a deposit, and were told it would be around 8 weeks to installation - since then it has been a farce, with a delayed survey, and repeated phone calls to clarify details we'd given previously. The latest, as of Nov 23 - three months after paying a deposit - is that the door we've ordered isn't possible, as the supplier no longer makes the glass we chose. We've been advised to choose new glass, but it still likely won't be done before Christmas, the one thing we wanted when we ordered in the summer. We'd prefer to cancel, but according to CG we'd lose the deposit we paid -- on a product which they cannot provide. Appalling communication, service, and general experience.

Custom Glaze were fantastic, no damage caused to tiles where the windows removed, cleaned up after there selves. Very efficient, nothing was to much trouble. I can't rate the workmanship highly enough. No messing about with pricing, like some companies starting high & then knocking down. What was quoted on the day of estimate was stuck too, a very fair price & we did get 2 other quotes as well. Thank You CUSTOM GLAZE in Milton Keynes

Thanks to Adam, Ben and Matt who have just finished changing all our windows and adding three more. The quality of the work is excellent, and despite knocking holes in a couple of walls the mess was kept to a minimum and subsequently cleaned up really well. The windows look great and the team were both professional and friendly. I cannot recommend Custom Glaze highly enough.

I obtained a few quotes for new window, doors and some cladding at the back of 2016. Custom Glaze were not quite the cheapest but they certainly died the most interested and were x attentive to my questions. I subsequently decided to instruct CG and I am absolutely delighted I did. The install went without fault. The installers were friendly and I felt relaxed with them in my house. There was one small issue with a rubber seal on the front door. But the installer brought this to my attention and immediately arranged for this to be replaced. There is nothing more I could have asked for.
