I called before I went to Home Run City just to make sure they were open the person I spoke to on the phone told me they were open till 8:30 pm and they were closing at 8:30 pm sharp. So I got there with my son and two nephews to practice in the batting cages for a baseball game they have with Castle Hill Little League Monday night. We got there at 7:20pm and the person that was at the batting cages working gave me a bunch of excuses and told me since the floor was a little wet because it rained earlier in the day the belts in the machine were wet and it was going to pitch out the balls to low and it was going to be a waste of money, so when I told him ok so let me give it a try to see how it would be he then told me he’s sorry but they were closed. The place was clean and the person working didn’t look like he wanted to work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and I will also tell the people in the baseball league what they did to me at home run city. They place made me waste my time when I could’ve went somewhere else. This is terrible customer service.
They do not have an indoor batting cage.
