The service is well done , the sitting area is a huge mess! The quality of coffee is average ( i am not that surprised tho ).
Poor service and taste so bad!!! On 25.02.2019 I bought a matcha latte frappuccino with the price over 5,35 but the taste is so terrible!!! I went to ask the waitress she didn’t change for me just told me to add the sugar with mad face then she was so rude and no polite at all!!!! How about frappuccino no taste and just add the sugar it’s normal??? Starsbuck is a big brand why become no responsibility like this with the customer??? I wish the manager of starsbuck Mulhouse will saw this post and talk about this problem with your waitress to be more polite and responsibility with the customer!!!

Cosy place with a range of good coffee. Kudos to the super friendly staff, definitely a nice place in Mulhouse.
A very comfortable lounge area upstairs to find a quiet corner.
