This practice is shockingly bad. I had a foot x-ray in June and still don't know the results as I could never get through. Today I've spent the morning on my day off trying to get through only to be rebuked for phoning on a bad weather day. I was told I'd need to see a Go but need to phone back. I can't spend an entire morning at work trying to get an appointment so was told to phone back on my day off in a week's time. I told them to forget it.In the time it took telling me off for phoning she could have booked me in for a nonemergency appointment. I'm changing surgeries.

Little Red Wheelchair

One star is too good. This practice should be shut down for extreme negligence. You can't even talk to them. Their phone service asks you to dial 1 to speak if you have a problem that needs treated today, then it tells you to call back later and immediately hangs up.

This has to be the most uncaring, unsympathetic, useless surgery in Britain!!! Its the 21st century and you can't get an answer on the phone. Talk about shielding!!! They hide behind their glass doors. They must be loving this, they don't have to deal with anyone. Just put the phone on a loop. Hang your heads in shame!

Called the practice about severe back pain and spasms down my leg. After 30mins in a queue I only got to speak to the receptionist who relayed questions from the nurse and relayed the answers back again. Then I was given a phone number for the physio. When I called it they were no longer taking calls on that number so had to call another. Very poor service everytime.

This surgery is a joke you can not get through on the phone i had been in hospital and when i got sent home the hospital told the doctor they were to keep a close eye on me never seen anyone i am 75 with c.o.p.d and they s hzve not offered me my vaccine close it dow and give us a dicfetent surhery i was with dr shaw nevet had any bother
