I booked my appointment online, came in time, was told to sit and wait and no one didn't put any attention for me for around 20min. When I lost my patience, I asked again, they said that they can't find my appointment, then decided to call to someone, he tried to explain what happened, that the person who supposed to do me manicure etc had a problem (which is absolutely OK), but they were trying to call to everyone, well, except me. For the record, I put even Spanish phone number that it would be possible to reach me. No normal explanation, very impolite and waste of time.

Very good service. They took their time to make a good hair style. For me (man) the cut went for 45 minutes for really perfection! Just recommendable! They also speak sufficient English.
Come here if you want to get a great haircut at a really cheap price! The opening hours are quite long and it does not close during lunch hours. I paid only 12 for a really good haircut. Apparently the price can be as low as 10 if you become a member but I was only visiting the city so I did not even ask. I would fully recommend it!
Great service, which is worth the wait. They really do take their time to make sure that everything is perfect and that you are happy.
