Reading the previous reviews, I was a bit hesitant to visit, however I went anyway. I understand the frustration from the other reviewers of when the shop did not open on time, but it is a one-man shop, and the other reviews are likely to be isolated incidents. David was very knowledgeable about the products that he sells and is extremely helpful. It is clear from the moment you step into the shop that the goes above and beyond for customers. He is all about finding the right product to suit you, and will take his time to explain and answer any questions you have. Also great to have a chat with! He even stayed longer than his store opening hours to take care of us. Unfortunately I am not able to try his stringing, but it feels and sounds great, better than anything I've felt back home. I visited another badminton store in Osaka but will definitely come back to David's shop next time. Thank you David :)

Owner is friendly at first but has a short temper. Temporarily locked us in as an intimidation tactic when i accidentaly bumped two rackets together and forced me to buy the racket, and even called the police. I would have been happy to buy the racket if i damaged it, but he just kept on yelling and yelling and yelling. Dont come here. I hope this place goes out of business.
Wasting time. Incorrect information of opening hours. It’s a bit panic when we arrive at 8:30pm after two transference and expecting it open till midnight.
The shop manager is very friendly and willing to give constructive suggestions to customers. We learned a lot from him. This shop is ten times better than Shuttle House(梭家) where the staff is very rude.
When I was buying badminton shoes, the store manger (David Lau) provided professional info to me. Let me find a pair of suitable shoes. He’s so nice and professional. Finally, I bought a couple of Yonex products. The price is reasonable.
