Shame for France really to have prefecture like this... so many errors. I think they only know to make errors, nothing else. Almost 2 years, they dont send me new licence, and they made erroR, NOT MEBIG SHAME!

Why did the lady on the reception hang up on me on two occasions before I even asked a question? Did I just pay 6 euros for nothing? My ADS expires tomorrow and I work as a truck driver, What do I need to do?

Some tips for waiting in line: get up early, like 5am, and head straight there. Do not drink anything, because you will need to wait in line outside and not use the bathroom until after you are seen. Bring a long umbrella or stick with you to hold your place in line and prevent others from cutting in front of you. Bring a battery pack for your phone, and headphones to listen to podcasts or music while you wait. Cancel anything else you have planned for the day. You will be waiting most of the day to be seen if you don't have an appointment, and longer than you expect with an appointment. If you need an appointment, look for one now because they are booked months out. If all appointments are booked, set a personal alarm for 6am, noon and sometime in the evening each day to refresh the website and see if anyone canceled their appointment to open a spot. Good luck to everyone.
