The service from the head receptionist is terrible. She doesn’t listen and is the most unhelpful doctor’s office assistant. I cannot recommend this office until they improve their customer service and customer experience. I am finding a new doctor because of it.

Dr visit was OK but staff dropped the ball and forgot to bill my insurance. I was assured by Nidi twice 100% would be covered only to get a bill a couple of months later for the entire amount. Called the office talked to Nidi again in the middle of the conversation she rudely interrupted me and stated she needed to transfer me to Sandy in billing. I got a voice mail message and Sandy was not there. Left message and waited 2 days no call back. Called again and Nidi answered. In the middle of the call she rudely interrupted again and transferred me to billing which was again a voice mail. I then called back and again Nidi answered. I told her I wanted to speak to the office manager and not be transferred. I then spoke to Nicole who apologized and stated somehow my visit was never submitted to my insurance company. A couple weeks later I called again and the issue was resolved. I am not sure who this Nidi person is but I will not go back to this office again as it was 5 time the amount of work that should have been done by the office staff

Dr. Marwaha and his staff made me feel welcome in a time when people dont know what to expect when seeing a new doctor. I didn't feel judged at all, afraid or nervous. I felt trusted and sincerely cared for. Also, the wait time was not long at all. Its alot closer for me from my home and he can take care of a large array of medical needs. I dont have to go to multiple doctors for different needs. I have finally found my primary doctor after moving out here 3 years ago. No games, all business. Highly recommended for sure!!

I switched Doctors to try to find someone that cares about you and your health and there're so many Dr's out there and I live 45 mins from his Naperville office and my old Dr was 4 mins away and after meeting Dr Marwaha for the 1st time and talking to him it felt like I've known him my whole life! He is a great guy that is down to earth. I have been with him for almost 2 years and don't ever plan on leaving him. He will actually sit down and talk to you and he remembers exactly were we left off the last time I was in asking how my family and business is. Every time after I leave there I feel like I learned something better about myself. He is a very positive person to be around. His wife runs the office and the staff is great they all seem like one big happy family! If you are looking for a new Dr I would recommend him to all my family and friends!

Naperville Internist has a very good and efficient check in and out process. The doctors and staff really strive to make you as comfortable as possible during your visit. I would of course recommend them to my friends or family anytime.
