Made my first Doctors appointment after moving to the area and was a bit dubious after reading all these reviews. I rang Monday Morning and was on hold for about 8 Minutes, The receptionist who answered wasn't particularly friendly but she did her job. I got an appointment that day and the Doctor I saw was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease during both consultation and diagnosis.

You have more chance of getting hold of the President than getting through, I made 102 calls always engaged, then by some miracle after the time limits then suddenly answer and guess what, all appointments are taken.although if you are almost dead you may be lucky enough to get to see a doctor, fin the staff cold and unsympathetic, need to change their vocation I would sack most of the staff, I understand they are busy but genuine cases seem to be ignored, Hunter street was much better that this . been with this practice for years thinking of changing

I have been over 50yrs with this practice. When in Hunter St I feel it was managed so much better. You feel an inconvenience tbh. The desk staff border rude & do not process correctly. It's easier speaking to the pope than a doctor. Lovely building but change is not always better.

On the rare occasion i have gotten passed the receptionists to see a dr or nurse and tbf theyre really good. Of course thats only when the reception can be bothered to pick up the phone.
