It is very difficult to reach a right person to get an answer for any questions I had, and my questions so far had been very simple. (i.e. 20 minutes long hold, at least three people before getting to the right person, etc.) The office stuff also treats me like nobody. During one of the calls, they told me \it's the same procedure no matter which surgeon does it.\ (I wonder if that's what the surgeons say their office staff to tell the patients...) Any surgery is a serious business to me. They also cannot keep up with follow-ups. After an appointment was made and received a confirmation, I didn't receive an email message with a link to the meeting. When I called them to follow up, the nurse accused me that it was no show and my appointment was cancelled. I understand a mistake can happen, however, putting a blame on someone else to cover their own mistake is a sign of lack of professionalism. Yale Health definitely needs a major reorganization and overhaul of customer service training of the staff.

Total waste of time!! I never had such an unpleasant experience with any physician or staff. Rude, unresponsive and disregard your concerns. Never went through with the surgery.

I’m coming up on my 3 year anniversary and thanks to a wonderful group of people. They saved my life! It was the best experience I ever had with a group of doctors as well the nursing staff. It was the best decision I ever made for myself!

Horrible psychiatrist, rude staff, unclean waiting areas. Try to get you in and out of the program as quickly as possible with no regard to how it may impact you. You have to call 10 people before you can get the answers to very basic questions. Do not go here.

I have been going through this process with them since June and I still haven’t received my surgery. The great people like garbage, their assistants are extremely rude and they sit on your paperwork, never sending it out unless you hound them. This has literally been the worst experience of my life! Go anywhere else but here
