Superpets New Milton is a fairly small store but they have managed to fit a large range of products for cats, dogs, rabbits and other small animals. I would had preferred they had a bigger rabbit range but I understand they have a limited amount of space and generally people are willing to spend more on a dog or cat than they are a rabbit! The customer service we received at this branch was excellent, the female staff member was polite, friendly and made us feel welcome and appreciated that we had stopped in. She put an item behind for us as there is a charge for using card under a certain value, I believe this is 5 pounds. We planned to pop in with cash but our car parking ticket expired so we plan to return at a later date when we are in the area. Good job.
Excellent customer service,very knowledgeable female member of staff,also great prices. 15 for a dog's Kong toy at competitors shop only 5.99 in here.Brilliant.
Very helpful would recommend for all your pet food.
