We had buses booked for wedding in April of 2020 but due to Covid the date was changed. These buses have been paid in full now trying to get in touch with company about new date and they can not be contacted. So now we are at lose of nearly 3000.00 this company must be gone under and never contacted anyone about refunds

We've loved working with Book Buses. I plan international youth trips and we use Book Buses for our 230 participants coming into New York for the day. It's been amazing working with them. We chose them because they gave us the best price, which is important to us as a non-profit, however we decided to stick with them because they were easy to work with, communicated efficiently with our team and our leaders, and they were very punctual. That was extremely important for us since our groups were on a tight schedule and couldn't afford to miss out on any time in NYC. We appreciate working with Max, he's been incredible and always sends the numbers of the bus drivers so we can contact them directly. We look forward to working with them again and have even added another 340 participants to their schedule. Thank you for the great work!
I had a fabulous experience with book buses! From the time I made an inquiry till the time that the youth team was on their way back home book buses was very on point with everything. I was very pleased with their services and I am definitely going to make this a yearly thing for our youth retreats. Don’t be hesitant about booking with them. I promise you, you won’t regret it.
OMG!! This company is awesome!!! I use them to book trips for my SPED classes and they are terrific! Reliable, friendly and so very accommodating! Ask for Adrian - he is awesome!! He’s the best, most polite and organized man you’ll ever want to work with️. I hope the company realizes it! When you’re in a crunch and need a bus, no need to fuss- call BOOK BUSES! Oh and the drivers are included too! Awesome drivers!
I've contracted with many bus companies over the years, and Book Buses might be the best in terms of value, service and reliability. Paul, Adrian and the rest of the BookBuses team are extremely attentive and helpful, and it's been a pleasure working with them. I look forward to continuing to work with BookBuses for all of my organization's transport needs.
Worst experience of all time and the company REFUSES to make good on a disastrous service for my wedding where they not only breached 2 contracts but put my wedding guests lives in danger. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and the CEO himself was so disrespectful to not provide a credit or even return my emails and calls. They know nothing about customer service and doing the right thing. Never EVER EVER use this company

I booked a trip for April and due to pandemic was forced to cancelled. On March 10th I emailed my rep Max Lenets to cancel the trip and get a refund. I got an email back from Max confirming the trip was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. About a week later I had not received a refund yet and emailed Max again. He stated refunds can take up to 45 days. Fast forward to today I have still not received my refund after numerous email and calls. The last email I got from them stated they will not be issuing refunds at this time until the economy recovers! What kind of scam is this? after I filed a complaint with the NYS attorney generals office Max cc’d the CEO Oscar Jung to reply to me. This was almost a week ago and I have not heard back from anyone. UPDATE 9/21/2020 Still no refund and now getting no response via email and no one picks up the phone or returns messages. Worst experience ever. Shame on you Max and Oscar.
