The front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was positive and I would definitely recommend Garden OB/GYN!
I rarely comment but this was the WORST service I ever had in anywhere. Their job is not to care for patients, but to do “their job” and who know what it is... They never call you to follow up, and the physician made a couple mistakes during my visit. If anything happened and you want to understand why and find a solution... good luck. After “technical issues” and waiting on the call, they transfer you to all different departments and everyone told you “I don’t know what’s ur problem I just want to do my job”, which is not helpful at all. Won’t do any biz with them in the future.
I booked with Garden OB/GYN because I had a recent change in insurance and seen that they accepted it and were open late hours. Based off some of the reviews it seemed like this was a great place to go BUT yeah.. it's not. The doctors weren't informative at all. Any questions I had were answered with \eh I don't know\ or \I cant really say\. I left the office confused and frustrated. I actually had to book an appointment elsewhere just to get some information about what I'm going through. A complete waste of time. Also it's been over a week and I haven't received my lab results. Overall 2/10
I have been coming here for 4 years...and the service here has gone from amazing and taken a complete nosedive to horrendous. I am sitting in the office now, an hour after my appt time for JUST bloodwork, and all that has been accomplished was me providing a urine sample. After I complete what I need to, I am going to change offices. I am so tired of this place and the lack of consideration for others. I’ve had several issues with the practitioners here, and besides this location, Forest Hills is THE WORST of them all. And after reading the repetitive one star reviews and the response from the office manager, why hasn’t there been any improvement. Don’t even bother with the generic response and actually do the work in training your staff properly.
