If you’re planning to get Starbucks, I highly recommend you go to the one a few blocks from chambers st. This is the second day in a row that they failed to give me the right order. What’s the point in mobile orders if they ignore it, make you wait 15 mins, and then give you black coffee even though you paid extra for Carmel and soy? Today was the final straw because I finally flagged down a barista to tell them they got my order wrong and she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes saying the app is down so she’s not responsible for add ons or refunds. Extremely frustrating
The has been one of the best Starbucks coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going to this location for the back six months and been believe the staff there is amazing . Joshua .Robert . Cassandra and Prandy . I do have to say that the weekend staff and the late evening staff needs to have better energy, attitude and knows how to take proper orders . I could’ve give a 5star but that supervisor (female) needs to be more pleasant.
Always super nice and courteous!
The staff is partially pleasant aside from the evident laziness I experienced. I ordered a tall dragon drink with no ice & Adriana claimed the cup was standard. Unfortunately for her, I get this drink frequently & my cup is Always filled to the top even minus the ice. Wasted my 15min break from work & has to get a refund.
