I had such a wonderful experience ordering a custom compression garment from the compression store. I appreciated the team’s attention to detail and making sure my experience with them was a good one and my garment fit me just right.

Attentive, knowledgeable staff who professionally fitted socking to my measurements, in contrast to hospital staff that dispensed to me a stocking shorter than my size that kept sliding down. Bought both premium brand and generic brand compression stockings, finding the latter to fit me better and to be more resilient. Generic was about half the cost of premium. Prices appear competitive with the Web.

I had an awful experience here. Came in 10 mins before closing on 2/14/21 & the clerk behind the counter was dismissive & short with me when I was asking questions about where to find certain products. At 4:01pm she very rudely said, “just so you know, we close at 4pm.” This, after I was deciding between two products. It would have been faster for her to just help us select a product. In the end I did not purchase anything because I did not want to support the store. I live in the neighborhood & am saddened by their apparent disdain towards disabled peoples. It is not my fault I cannot walk & I need assistance. Please go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
