Maybe I came on a bad day but I had a terrible experience here. Guy opened a hour late and then said said he couldn’t help fix my charging port. A simple fix from past experience. The guy kept his sunglasses on and did not seem coherent.

Nick, and the staff at UNO Communications are absolutely amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I brought my phone in (after going to my cell phone provider, who told me I needed a new phone - when all that was needed was a new battery charging port) - and Nick immediately put me at ease and told me that they would replace the port for the battery charger. They ordered the part for my specific phone - since they did not have it in stock - and a few days later, I had a phone that charged and worked without any issues! Fast, reliable, and not expensive! Highly recommended in every single way!
