The 2 stars are because I got a full refund. The 3 missing stars are because stuart seems to think a vehicle with a clear problem should be acceptable because it drives ok. 32 mpg in a vehicle that should do 55mpg as per spec is not acceptable on a 120 mile run at avg 60mph. Radio was faulty and the ignition key was hit and miss when you removed it. Ie the barrel was worn so you could actually leave the vehicle and the locks would fail to lock. So thanks Stuart. Hope you learn from your mistakes. Thankfully I got a full refund as I reported the issue within 3 hours of taking the car. Covid rules meant I was unable to inspect the car when I collected it. Also 1 key was missing. Never again will I trust this company

We recently bought a truck from NCV after searching up and down the country for a long time for a decent truck, low mileage and a good price. Our experience was great from the off, from the initial call to view, through to picking it up. Fantastic truck, low mileage, like new at a really good price too. Can't fault anything at all about our experience. Not having a test drive felt strange, but life is at the moment. We would certainly buy from them again.
