I’ve just been to see the nurses at the shield field branch this morning. They are always exceptional with me and know your family like old fashioned doctors did. I was feeling extremely low and tearful, I left with a smile on my face after such comfort & care off a blonde, small in stature nurse with a light blue top on saw me. Thanks

No toilets open resulting in my child nearly having an accident. No sanitizer to be seen. When we did find one it was empty and on another find half way up the wall so no good if you are an average height let alone short. Worst of all... Fathers not welcome... Only mother and baby changing rooms. NHS language is 30 years out of date. Fathers also change nappies.

Need to update your website regularly!!! Website stated open till 8pm!! Took my son on Saturday at 6:30pm, place was dimly lit and a note on the door stating nearest \walk in\ was Ponteland Road, Cowgate. What a waste of time!!! I just went straight to A & E at RVI Hospital as it was nearer.

I've been to this walk in centre twice now, and both times had a pleasant experience. The nurses are lovely and friendly, and have been helpful. There is bound to be a wait, like any walk in centre, but as long as you go early in the morning during a weekday you'll get seen to quick.
