Very helpful staff and even through these troubled and difficult Covid period the Wickes Newmarket has supported me in my work and I have been able to complete customer jobs. Been in today 13/02/21 but no mouldings that I needed so had to go elsewhere. Stocks are low at Wickes at present especially with Timber Moulding, Skirtings and Drill Bits! Be a good move to display on the empty racks when stocks will be replenished. Thank you to Wickes Newmarket and the hard working lovely staff.

Bowed timber, already been cut, wrong sized screws, timbers too short and no response from them. I am shocked at how poorly this wickes is run, arguably I wasn’t expecting too much but this is pathetic. I’m owed about 500 from them and have had to go to the bank because they can’t be bothered to respond.
Extremely helpful staff. Good click and collect service. Sometimes more expensive than others but not always. Own brand is good.
Like many of the reviews - we had a good in store experience but terrible after sales service. Items from our order were missing and we were left to follow up directly with their suppliers. And now they’re refusing to refund because apparently the bog standard, off the shelf, bathroom units (the same they also use in their kitchen range) are apparently ‘made to measure’!
Lovely place staff is very helpfull , very up to service love to go here also they have the stuff that it's a bit more of a high end so expect a bit more price than other places
