I’ve never worked with a Personal trainer that has such a positive contagious energy and mindset. You only have to meet James once to feel more motivated, confident and upbeat in all areas of your physical and mental wellbeing. Not only is he a great guy, but the knowledge and care he takes whilst tailoring fitness plans to your own needs is incredible. I can guarantee that you will reach your goals and some. He will have you reaching and achieving things you didn’t think where possible!

James' attention to detail is second to none. I have been training with him for almost 2 years and each of my 3 weekly sessions is tailored to produce the most positive results. All sessions are different whilst retaining a freshness. James is also very knowledgeable about diet and nutrition but I'm afraid this is an area I fall down in through no fault of his. James is an excellent personal trainer.

Since Joining Winners 2000 in Newton Abbot I have had James as my Personal Trainer, He is a fantastic Coach and has really helped me gain Confidence and Self Esteem. He has helped with my diet plan and also has taken into account my Health issues. He is a great person to motivate you even when you are feeling really low After a Training Session with him you are back to feeling great.James is great as he gives all round exercise and more than anything will persevere to help anyone reach there goals.. since I started training with James just over Two Months Ago I have lost 1 and a half Stone. If i had to recommend a personal Trainer James would be that top spot as he has been a Godsend to me and without his encouragement and Support I wouldn't be where i am now
