Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us to choose and establish our first tropical fish tank. They provide practical advice over the phone when we have queries. Just this week I had an issue with a very noisy filter which kept the whole house awake and even though we turned up late in the day they took the time to check it out and swapped it for a brand new replacement which has restored the peace thankfully. We love our fish tank and the staff appear to really care about the pets and the customer experience in our opinion. When staff remember what your child named your assassin snail 8 weeks after you got it, you know they care!

we needed a new dog coat and harness. Fantastic service, from bringing the dog into the store to fitting her for a coat as we were having trouble getting the right length and girth along with help and advice on a harness. They also advised that if they didn't stock a particular food they could order it in for you. Amazing customer service I will definitely be going there again

Cannot Fault the staff at Furmoys Pet department....extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Prices are on par with most places but the service is far superior than any other pet shop by far. \Gail\ in particular has been an absolute diamond ....her customer service is impeccable & she always is there to help with any questions I should have which I find so refreshing as too many people are so I'll mannered these days. Animals are in tip top condition and the place is spotless which is so important where livestock is concerned. Anyone looking for a new family member or just to stock on on the essentials give them a try you won't be disappointed. Very happy and impressed 5***
