What An Absolute Joke. Rude And Un-Helpful Staff. I’ve Been Chasing Things For A Whole 7-8Months And Everyone Is Either Always On Holiday Or They’ll ‘Get Back To Me’ And That Never Happens. I Strongly Recommend That If You Have Something That Needs Doing, That You Don’t Get It Done Here. Useless. I’m Furious With The Lack Of Support And The Ability To Get Things Done. Shocking.

This medical practice is absolutely pointless!! I strongly advise against even considering them to be responsible to solve ANY health issues for you or your children. I never receive call backs or I get excuses like \we couldn't get through\ yet everyone, including the 111 service were all able to contact me without issue. I only know about \these issues\ because I have to spend DAYS chasing them. They also failed to sort out a metformin prescription when I had gestational diabetes. They only sorted it out (last minute) because my diabetic consultant had to ring them to fire a rocket up their backsides!! I have never NOT had an issue with this surgery. Even getting a flu jab was hard work!! I will be putting in a formal complaint and I advise anyone reading this to STAY AWAY!! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!!

No changing facilities for changing babies there is a member of staff on front desk that is very rude and very demeaning my partner struggles with mental health and the woman in question was very rude walked off to drink her tea instead of doing her job once she took the time to so her job there was a que of 6 people waiting the woman in question is allways the same and I will take this further
