ICU wonderful staff. So attentive to your needs. These people are some of the best who made my transition to a ward so much better.

Out & About

Had to get a cracked rib dealt with, and although it was extremely busy, the staff - from the commisionaire, to intake staff, nurses, x-ray techs and the doctor were very friendly and professional. Thank you.

Went there for depression to the mental health Ward and saw a psychiatrist who said he'd help me and admitted me as a voluntary patient. The next day a nurse tries giving me meds I'm like ok.... A hour later they try giving me something then another hour later they try giving me some other kind of pill with a different name then I'm like alright then.... An hour later they try giving me something else I'm like I haven't even seen a doctor I'm not eating these I haven't even been prescribed by the doctor. Next thing I know there's like 4 of them trying to strap me down to a bed and then they did after I broke one set of straps squirmed out of the first two sets of mobility restraints to stand in the doorway to call them every name in the book before they all had to wrestle me down two more times mind you they jabbed a needle in my leg to sedate me and after all that I passed out they left me strapped to the bed for 24 hours them the next day they put me on mobility cuffs after twenty four hours of that I just had the ankle cuffs. THE NEXT DAY MY DOCTOR DOCTOR EZEKWEM was saying sorry and that he had no idea why they did that to me and that they shouldn't have and that there's no reason why I would've or should've been restrained only two be let out two days later he said sorry and that I should've just booked an appointment instead of coming in through emerge I got the hell out of there soon as I could they're terrible people. I saw my doctor when I was walking past there a month later and he looked at me and acted all squeamish like he was afraid I'd be mad kinda like he knew he did something wrong to me. Never went back since
