Dropped a simple ram style cylinder off from a frame machine and three weeks later: nothing. Called about 10 days ago and they said they were trying to get to it. No calls, nothing. Called today and couldn't speak with anyone who knew anything. I run a business and sometimes things happen. But the courtesy of a call costs you nothing. Giving them 2 stars because they were decent when I dropped it off.
Not sure where everyone gets the great and knowledgable service but, when I spoke with an associate this morning all I got was that don't mean nothing to me...didn't even try to ask questions to figure out if he could help me...I got more help from the folks at parks auto
I've been dealing with allen and webb for 3 years since I work down at the port and have a wide variety of hydraulic equipment on site. Everytime I have a busted line or need cylinder repair they are right up the road and get working on it right away. Keep it up guys.
