Absolutely shocking customer service about my door which is not fit for purpose. People from this company promise to ring you but don't. Then when you have no option but to ring them they lie and say they've only just found about the problem. All in all, nobody cares. I was told on the phone that this company has had a good reputation for 30 years - not in my opinion - far from it. I'm still waiting for my problem to be resolved.
